The Jane Adams House in Fernandina Beach, Florida, was opened in 1997 by a nurse practitioner who saw the need for exemplary elderly care. We provide around-the-clock services as an assisted-living community for the elderly and those suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease. 

Our staff knows the extreme difficulty involved when it comes to making decisions about the people you love.
